Warranty conditions

Complaint with the Manufacturer (warranty)
FF Sp. z o.o. is not a producer of Goods. FF Sp. z o.o.(liocat.com) shall not be liable for the guarantee of the Goods sold. The guarantee is provided by the manufacturer or distributor of the Goods. In case of granting the guarantee, the responsibility towards the consumer (the buyer of the goods) is borne by the entity granting the guarantee, called the guarantor.
If you need to use the rights resulting from the warranty granted by the manufacturer/distributor, we recommend that you turn directly to the guarantor (manufacturer or distributor).
Using an authorized manufacturer’s service is faster and easier. Formalities are limited to the necessary minimum because there is no intermediary in the application, and you gain full control over the order. You also have direct contact with the service that handles the application. If necessary, please contact us, we will indicate the appropriate service assigned to the manufacturer.

Concerning a Customer who is a Consumer:
As a Seller, we are obliged to deliver goods free of defects. The statutory liability for defects in the sold goods (warranty for defects) applies to the extent specified in art. 556 and art. 556[1]-556[3] and subsequent articles of the Civil Code.

Warranty claim
If the customer thinks that the goods he has purchased are not as described or are damaged, he/she can file a warranty claim. It is possible to apply for a reduction in the value of the product, its repair or replacement. In such a case, a complaint must be made by e-mail or traditional mail with an indication of what the product is not in conformity with the contract. It is also important to indicate whether the product is to be repaired or replaced with a new one. In order for the complaint to be considered, the customer should also deliver the claimed goods together with the proof of purchase to the address: FF Sp. z o.o. ul. Jaworska 6, 53-612 Wrocław. The cost of delivering the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. This cost shall be reimbursed after the complaint has been accepted up to the average value of the cost of sending an economic postal parcel according to the price list of the Polish Post.
